Aiming to implement and deliver solutions. Advise on best decision making. Develop or improve current policies, systems and practices.  Resulting in your business being more efficient and compliant.

How do I do This?

On receipt of an initial inquiry, I like to meet with you or your representative, either face to face at your business premises or online via a virtual meeting. Communication is key between myself and you, this ensures time is managed and productive and your needs are met from the onset. Discussing your aims, culture, needs and challenges will then direct me to solutions, at the same time, keeping your costs down by only needing me for specific tasks, as and when required.

This may be just an hour a week, or a one off job, or a continuous regular contract (minimum of 12 months) for which we agree terms, and costs. No monthly retainer.

I am an IQA (Internal Quality Assessor) I work with ISO standards. Implementing, monitoring, and conducting internal audits, along with other accreditations, Constructionline, SafeContractor and Matrix.

With competitive rates, the choice of onsite or remote working, with a contractual agreement for peace of mind and a non-disclosure agreement giving you total confidentiality.
